1. How To Buy?
- Fill in the Order Form and click "Submit".
- Once your order is received, we shall response via email as soon as possible.
- Once the item has been confirmed, we will disclose our account number (MAYBANK or CIMB) via email.
- Kindly make full payment to our Maybank or CIMB account. (Please be reminded that cancellation is not allowed after full payment has been made)
- Send the proof of payment or the bank in slip after the payment has been made.
- We will ship/deliver out an item every Saturday, Monday and Wednesday after we received full payment and proof of payment.
- You will receive an email notice with the tracking number after the item is shipped.
2. Wholesale/ Borong Orders
- Yes! We do accept Wholesale/Borong orders!
- Fill in the Order Form and click "Submit".
- Once your order is received, we shall response via email as soon as possible.
3. Payment with Paypal
- Fill in the Order Form and click "Submit".
- Once your order is received, we shall response via email as soon as possible.
- Once the item has been confirmed, log into your Paypal account
- Click the "Send Payment" tab
- Next, fill "colourfullenterprise@gmail.com" as the payment receiver
- Fill the amount of your total purchase (Price+Shipping+RM2.00+3.4%)
- Click Continue when you are done
- Choose your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Deposit)
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are flexible.
- For 1-3 items, the shipping cost will be standard i.e Peninsular Malaysia= RM 6.00, Sabah/Sarawak RM 9.00
- For purchases that are more than 4 items, the shipping costs will be advised by the admin
- For overseas customers, the shipping costs will be advised by the admin.
- For wholesale(borong) purchases, the shipping costs will be advised by the admin
5. Bank Accounts
- Currently we have Maybank, Public Bank and CIMB bank accounts.
